Anju is from the anime Karin (also known as Chibi Vampire) and she's just an adorable vampire ^~^ The manga gets to show a different side of her, too. I appreciate that.

Niko is from the recent anime Kiznaiver. I really like her style and her bubbly personality. The way she talks to the group and her serious points were nice.
I'm sure you know who Rika and L are. Those two are tied for #1 spot.

I don't know, in Italian is seems far more treagic to me.. he not only shows regret, but also anger and disappointment and frustration towards God in some way.. but maybe I prefer the first version just 'cause I watched Trigun in Italian first ^^

Yep, Trigun was so good. And when Wolfwood died.. it was one of the most intense episode ever.. in my language they changed Wolfowwod's last words a little bit but, oddly, it kinda improved the mood for once!

I have meanwhile started watching Yurikuma! Its art and directing felt very familiar, and just then it dawned on me: It's from the same dude who's responsible for Mawaru Penguindrum, and I loved that show!!! This also explains why it throws around so much symbolism, Mawaru was no different :D

Monogatari is a bit of a subversion of the harem genre (I'd never watch harem otherwise lol). The story is hard to describe though, it's rather all about the characters and the interactions between them. But if I had to put it into words, I'd say it's about "overcoming your inner monster (by accepting it?)" In any case, it's another great metaphorical series, but not as confusing as Mawaru and Yurikuma imo :'D

And I see you haven't seen anything of the Monogatari Series yet! It has a canon gay girl, Kanbaru, and I think she's presented quite well :) I have only seen Bake- and Nekomonogatari myself, but apparently she gets a big role in Hanamonogatari...which I'm quite excited for, since I wanna see more LGBT characters who aren't tied to ships.

Ah yes, I have heard of Yurikuma, though people have said it's a bit of a mess, rather than a show with actual messages :'D But I will check it out myself and form my own opinion... Thanks! Dynasty Scans is a wonderful site indeed, some of the manga you've named sound very familiar. I mostly go there for doujins though. Lots of (unnecessary) NSFW-stuff, yep, but sometimes I find genuine, great works there to provide me with headcanon (*3*) -Greetings

There aren't really any good yuri anime out there so, noo, not really :/ The only characters (and ships) that stuck with me were the Madoka cast, but that's not actually yuri they say, right :'D So yeah, it seems the best ones somehow all remain ambiguous... But when it comes to actual representation, I feel like Shimanami Tasogare the manga and Flip Flappers (epsidoe 5+7 tbh :D) were the only works that dealt with it the way I wanted to see it. Perhaps there's anything really good I've missed? I'm open for suggestions c;

Well.. that's complicated to explain ^^" In short I'm studying to become an Health Inspector/Prevention Technician.. to be sure employees don't hurt themselves while working and empolyers respect safety regulations for their employee's safety sake ^^
About jobs.. well, it's a bit of a problem to get a proper job here in Italy now.. economic crisis hit quite hard here :( So I get by with anything I can find.. right now I'm also giving maths, phisics and chemistry reps to high school students.
Hobbies... I'm very keen on cinema (I love Kubrick most of all ^^.. bu also Eastwood, Tarantino, Leone, Burton, Fincher, Coen, Scorsese, Monicelli, Nolan.. and so forth..), tv series, anime (wow, unexpected! XD)
I also like to ride my bike form time to time when the weather lets me it (it's kinda rainy here -_-)
I try to draw (just trying, not very good at it at the moment XD but willing to improve! ^^), caribbean dance like salsa, bachata..

Almost 100000 inhabitants.. sometimes I don't know if it's too much or too little XD Yeah, the festival is awesome! ^^ There are some eastern martial arts and dances exhibitions, ikebana shows and so forth.. and yes, I cosplay even though I've just made two super easy cosplays :)
The first one was kinda a flop tbh.. I made Rintaro Okabe from Steins;Gate.. all I needed were a lab coat and a banana.. but noone recognisez me XD Then I made a Wolfwood cosplay, from Trigun, with the cross and everything and it was so much fun! ^^

Yeah, it's a nice little town. Too little sometimes, we don't have many events or distractions.. it's also rather difficult to meet new people (we have a jone here, we say "it's always the same solitUdine" which in Italian stands for solitude XD
Anyway it has its goods.. we have, in May usually, a Far East Festival, with a Cosplay Contest too, which is a boon for Anime fan like us :)
