Aside from bad character design and animation choices and lying its a reboot that an actual sequels. And Higurashi already fix the timeline in s2 so its completely unnecessary unless they want to bridge the gap between higurashi and umineko the franchise nobody even knows about timeline paradoxes and omnipotent gods.

Yeah after S2 that other seasons are alternative scenarios from succeeding timelines. Higusrashi is a time travel anime so yeah those are alternative timelines.

Not really after I watch its just Ok. But I expect we will no longer those interesting back stories anymore considering the current story. And the only interesting for me at the moment is the mystery on how did Sessumaru got twin half human and half demon daughters?
