Sorry for really late reply but I was busy with school work and other stuff so I didn't watch anime's for a while. But since the new season already started I guess I should just say what I like so far, Re:zero is my favorite so far since I read the manga version of it I know whats going happen for the first two arc and the anime is doing a really good job so far. I also really liked Sousei no Onmyouji the two leads are really cute together. Koutetsujou, Bungou, and Sakamoto are fun as well.
Also on the side note Daily Lives of High School Boys is like the perfect show to help you get back into anime. Its one of the funnest show I have seen.
So What are enjoying from this season so far? Also outside of rakugo what are some anime's you liked from the last season?
Ahh Durarara. I really wanted to continue the rest of the series, but the second season made me snooze. Maybe I just need to be in the mood for it.
And omg, Osomatsu-san sure trolled us hard with episode 24, and then going back to usual comedy for the last episode, lol. I guess it might be because if they ended with a serious episode, it'd be harder to make a second season if they ever wanted to do so. I mean with those sales, they definitely can milk it.
Haikyuu definitely does intense moments really well. Despite my passion for the series dwindling this season for some odd reason, I still enjoy every other episode because of the directing.
Just saw that you're reading Kono Oto Tomare. How're you finding the series so far?
Well so far it's fine yeah. I'm only 6 episodes in and I can't say I really have any major complaints. I'm trying not to let all the negativity I heard about it affect my thoughts on it too much. Wanna have my own real opinion yaknow?
Yeah even I have a limit for that, but still I could do about 3 of em at the same time and be totally fine! c:
Hmm... I suppose I didn't even consider if it would share similarities with Shingeki. I suppose it could, but the delivery will definitely be pretty different, since we're not talking about Titans here. We shall see though!
Haha yeah, it was been awhile :o Didn't even realize. Time flies, as they say...it's apparently the second time I've said happy birthday to you too, heh.
Well this season's almost over, but the ones I've been enjoying the most are: Shouwa Rakugo, HaruChika, BokuMachi, Ajin, KonoSuba (surprisingly), Nijiiro Days, and Grimgar. Oh yeah, and how can I forget Sekkou Boys~
It very well could be yes. On a personal level it looks great to me cause there's a decent amount of cute SoL looking things, and I friggin love that stuff, as well as a bunch of promising other things as well. In particular I'm looking forward to Koutetsujou no Kabaneri, cause it looks like it could be a rare entry into the Zombie Anime genre that actually looks potentially good!
I'd say it's pretty decent, which makes me very happy. I saw almost every single person on the general MAL forums saying this season looked pretty bad or underwhelming, but there's a pretty good number of things I'm enjoying a lot. Shirayuki 2nd, Erased, Ajin, Grimgar, Galko-chan, and Dimension W are probably the ones most worth note. It's way better than last season so far imo.
What about you? :O
Hmm... Reading off my phone might be a bit better, now that I think about it. :o
I've definitely heard of Pandora Hearts before! I shall keep this in mind~ :3
I used to read Manga a bit more when I was younger, but lately not as much. I used to check some out at the library back then, but more recently I haven't been doing that, and I don't really like reading manga off the computer. Something about it makes it a lot harder for me to focus on compared to having the physical book. Otherwise I definitely would be reading more.
Really? Wow that's interesting! I might have to pick that up at some point. Partially in hopes that we actually get to see something happen with the relationship at the end! >w>
Also I looked into it a bit more. Apparently xxxHolic remains fairly stand alone the whole time, although the Tsubasa characters do appear occasionally. Tsubasa on the other hand relies a lot more on xxxHolic. This is what I found when trying to find a recommended order to read them in (these are the volume numbers, not the chapter numbers)
Actually it completely threw me off at first. I had my suspicions things were going one way, which felt kind obvious to me, but I was very very wrong. Gotta give it props for that too.
It makes references to some other Clamp works, but it really only makes a "crossover" with one, and that's xxxHolic. They are very strongly linked though, to the point where it's best to read them at the same time. You probably could enjoy either without reading the other, but I dunno just how important their links are later on, so I can't say that with extreme confidence... ^^;

But honestly it's up to you what you decide on of course! :P

Thank you though~
I actually just watched Zetsuen no Tempest for the first time only a couple days ago.
