The second season of Durarara!! is Durarara!! x2 and the first part (there are three part in total) is Shou. The order is Shou, Ten and then Ketsu.
You should keep the chronological order, that is to say, you should watch Shou first ^^

I didn't watch Another but I read the manga, and oh my god it's fantastic. The horror ambiance is well done, it's was thrilling. I wanted to know the end of the story, the mystery about the ghost student really made me hooked. And that ending... I didn't expected that at all ! Plus, I think that the relationship between Mei Misaki and Sakikabara Koichi was pretty cute :3 I think I'm gonna buy the novel and probably other horror novels :D
Depends on what you mean by like.If by character,then Zen is my favorite.But he's lacking in terms of story imo.
Luciel...he was #1 before I started his route.After that,his constant mood swings and rushed story drove me away.I'm in the huge minority that considers Yoosung's route to be the best one.(*^^*)
I agree, I can't see them in a lovey-dovey relationship, but I don't think they will fit with someone else. I'll be very disappointed if one of them is with someone else :( But I love the hate-love (even though there's no hint of love) relationship, by the way it's my favourite kind of love in media (in real life it's another thing xD). And yeah their relationship is funny to watch :D I love the ep 25 (the OVA) when Shizu-chan is chasing Izaya and where Erika is wondering who is the seme :D Have you seen that episode ? But you didn't answer my question, who do you think is the seme/uke (dominant/submissive) ?
