I will be back to lynchburg in september. most definitely. However I do not know if I'll have a chance to play the game. I don't even know if I want to, since I liked the anime so much.
The berserk movies were fine. I was interested because Hulu had them for like 72 hours, and I was interested in them. I've done some reading about the story and knew a bit more than going in blind, but I enjoyed them. A little sexual content however. Hulu didn't have the third movie though, so that is sad.
I knew I had to jump on it like I did with Akira. Hulu will have pretty legit movies occasionally, but sometimes only on limited runs, so when I saw them go up I watched them both that day.
Yeah I knew you had started the game but hadn't finished it yet.
Yeah I was originally going to argue for Mikasa myself, but I started the logical trek in my head while I was writing that post and ended up realizing Makise is quite well written.
Yeah, I thought about picking up Akira for the historical significance but figured I'd watch it now since I have the ability to do so.
Nice, I didn't know you had the ToV movie. I saw it *coughillegallycough* a while back, and I knew you were interested in playing the game from what I remember.
The Steins;Gate dub is fantastic, and the fact that I've heard her work before is super exciting. I don't know about Madoka Magica.
As for the choice between the two. That is SO HARD of a choice. But I think I'd lean towards Makise Kurisu. Makise is not only super intelligent and funny, but her character depth is greatly fleshed out in the anime and in the movie.
I think actually hands down its Makise. I like both characters, but I think Makise's character is much stronger.
Haha, yeah I constantly find myself wishing I was back in school. Starting adult life is a pain, finding a job, paying bills...ugh... Anyways the last new anime I saw was Future Diary. It was pretty good, I did not expect the plot to get as deep as it did. I gave up on trying to keep up watching via simulcast, I just wait on the dvd/blu-rays now lol. Overall though I have been doing well, nothing to complain about. Glad to hear you are doing well also.
Yo' Orcmonkey! I'm a few months late for my usual five month check in with you, but I've been busy lol. How have you been doing, I haven't talked to with you in what feels like ages.

YESSSSSS
Not bad, and better/deeper than Jormungand.
Also, Akira and the Tales of Vesperia movie are on Hulu right now.
