Ayyy I'm glad you're enjoying it, yeee, the best arcs are yet to come. (treasure island arc) I think there's a second season on the way. Or at least rumors have been floating around of one. Not yet, the author went on a serious hiatus and has been battling mental health issues. I've heard the manga is only 60 chapters ahead of where the anime in 2011 has ended.

i was lowkey really skeptical about it because i heard that devilman has a completed ending and they will most likely not make a second season, so i didn't want the ending to be some disappointing garbage where everything follows a certain cliche.

Lol ikr!!!! And often they don't even seem to think of it as that bad of thing. Like for example, in Citrus they realized it's a bad thing but they weren't siblings until just before they fell for each other. So that's why I thought it was fine but in many other stories they've known each other for so long and still fall for each other like wait how? Just bc they're not your real siblings doesn't change anything. It'd be the same as falling for your adopted sibling... which I think is so wrong XD
