I didn't think anything of anime before I started watching it. I never gave it the respect it definitely deserves. It's one of those hidden masterpieces that is often overlooked and it's one of the best discoveries I've made.
I'm really into romantic comedy, drama, and action anime. Feel free to run by recommendations.
I'm reading more manga than watching anime these days and I'm trying to build my library (by that I mean my list) so recommendations are more than appreciated. Check out my lists anytime.
I also only score and put an anime/manga as a favorite if it has finished airing or serializing. I like to judge the whole product rather than jump the gun. That's also true for reviews I give.
So take a potato chip and eat it, because that's life.
Hey! Thank for the recommendation, I really appreciate it but I already watched full metal panic i just forgot to put on my list! It is a great anime though right now i am reading the manga trying to catch up on everything. I also saw that you were currently into Gangsta, which by far has been in my top 10! Since you said you watched Baka to Test I think you would also like Nodame Cantabile! I love this anime as well the feels it gives off.
Dude I fucking met Yousei Teikoku at ANIME BOSTON!!!! OMFG I CAME IN MY PANTS!!! IT WAS AMAZING! Idk about ur tastes in Japanese music... but being a lover of the Japanese language and all that stuff and being a fan of metal and symphonic metal... Yousei Teikoku is the best of both worlds. Idk I just love that band and it was their first performance in the USA. I was lucky to meet them. I went to their concert, sat in their Q+A session. And they only let 50 ppl in for autographs and I was the first one. I got an autographed tee shirt signed by everyone in the band! And it was personalized to me because the first 5 ppl got their items like To ___.... OMG IT WAS SWEET!!!!!
saw this at anime boston ... i shat .... yes it was that good...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTGduuWpMew ... the bass ther was crazy too i got goosebumps on my weiner
So... Did some research on the guests that will be visiting MetroCon this year. The girl who dubbed Ryou Fujibayashi from Clannad is going to be there. We might just have to order a box set of Clannad to get signed :3
