Animes which made me cry (no especial order):
-Clannad The Movie
-School Days
-Voices of a Distant Star
-5 Centimeters per second
-Kuuchuu Buranko (episode 10) (This one was special for me, it was moving but not sad, also, I didn't expected it at all)
-Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
-Tsumiki no Ie (just 12 minutes but really touching)

I don't remember clearly, but it's possible that these animes also made me cry:
-ef
-Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora
-Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo


I think all of them are really good. I don't recommend School Days, though.
I gave it a 10 because it was very touching and moving (which I think is the most important thing of this kind of anime), but I was really depressed and stopped watching anime for a while (it was my first sad serie), so I don't recommend it.


Also, I loved Aria (manga). Great artwork, slow pace, a few touching chapters, a few lighter chapters. Really, really good.
