My manga scores generally follow this pattern (Unless I really like or dislike certain aspects of something), anime scoring is more loose but mostly the same.
My scores are quite casual, but I do take into consideration if the studio/mangaka made something to their intent rather than lazily throwing it together and hoping it works. Some scores aren't really accurate if they were the first 50-100 manga I read.
Some H-manga scores are jokes but most are intended.

10: Perfect, well written, good art, enjoyed a lot, became a fanboy or perfectly served its purpose
9: Just short of being perfect for some reason or another
8: Very enjoyable, cohesive
7: Entertaining read
6: Above Average
5: Completely average. Balanced in positive and negative qualities.
4: Generic (in a bad way), sub-par art quality, lack of character development, a chore to read
3: Made me regret reading, bad art, badly written
2: I wish I could remove this from my memory
1: I wish this was never created
