To post an image anywhere (including signatures) you'd use [*img] (image address here) [/*img], with the " * " removed.
In order to customize your signature, go into your settings, then go to Forum, and there will be a box that says signature above it. That's where you can edit your signature. One thing to note is if your image is too tall, it will get cut off a little, so try to keep that in mind.
If you don't know how to get an image address, just go to the image you want, right click the image, click "copy image address", and then you can just paste it with either right click then paste, or Ctrl + V on your key board.
