I saw your thread about an anime that might displace FMA:B's top stop on the MAL anime chart. I'm curious what do you think about it?
Already said this on the thread, but yeah I'll say it on your profile too. Code Geass is the one anime I enjoyed more than FMA:B (even if Code Geass may have more "flaws" than FMA:B, from a pure enjoyment perspective, I thought Code Geass was better).
Is Mushishi and Hajime no Ippo really that good (10?) The description of Mushishi just really turns me off and sounds too boring. I guess its one of those shows you really have to ignore the description and watch it anyway I guess. Never read a boxing manga or watched a boxing anime, HnI is so damn long (manga) it was too daunting for me to try, not sure about the anime. I mean what exactly can you do with boxing to make it that interesting to keep going for so long (unless the series really delves into his life outside of boxing)? The only sports mangas I've read (completed Slam Dunk! and read most of Eyeshield 21) were no where near as long haha, but admittedly I appreciated them because they completely changed my opinion from previously automatically dismissing sports anime/manga b/c the premise seemed boring to me. I'm going to watch Kuruko's Basketball sometime this year, I hear a hell of a lot about it.
