Kuroshitsuji ii e.3 : I was so confused when Ciel mentioned about Madam Red and doesn't remember Grell and why Lau is still alive!? Also, how does that poor woman (rest her soul :'() turned into ashes within seconds? =_=
I had 2 theories tho ;
(1) Ciel lose his memory (sealed by Sebastian for a reason that we still don't know)
(2) Alois definitely had something to do with the case...
ep. 4 : Finally a relief from the previous disturbing episodes. This episode was quite funny. In terms of enjoyment, 8/10. :D / I thought Alois n his butler are the MC for this series but I guess maybe not.
ep. 5 (watching) : I knew it! Also WHAT THE FUCK ALOIS.
BB Episode 22 :
1) The Queen was ACTUALLY the murderer (most cliche plot ever) and her motive was the silliest I have ever seen=Personal reason. The whole "to snuff out the unclean" thing is so annoying and so congrats My Queen, you just made my list.
2) I think Ciel was having doubt and Sebastian was fully aware of that so Sebastian left him (why)
3) The Highlight of This Episode = Sebastian leaving Ciel :'((((( Also the cat was Sebastian!!!!! (I dint see that coming at all!)
Sebastian pls come back we need you!
BB Episode 20:
Disliked it because of two reasons:-
x) Angela hasn't dead. Really? Im starting to get really annoyed by her presence. =_=
x) They decided to kill Abberline's character. (BLAME THE DIRECTOR FOR THIS!!)
x) So The Queen is behind the drugs being disguised as sweets and she was using Lau n another man and the dead man
x) So why Lau's pet tigress killed that man? -----?
x) ----I think Lau was trying to be the player by killing the messenger and taking the letter
x) Lau also had a painful past
x) I also think that the annoying Angela works for the Queen
x) The Queen is using Ciel (and Ciel knows that)
x) Angela, please f.off
x) Now we only need to know the Queen's (+ also Ash's) motive. I think I get Ash's motive: To outsmart Sebastian (my theory)
x) Wait. Abberline knew about Ciel's parents murder. I get it now why he must die...but to kill Abberline's character from the way he died was just so poorly plotted.
:) What I liked in this episode? -----> Sebastian (what he said when he was with Angela) ♥♥
x the thing is, every character will betray Ciel. it is like the series wants to tell us that "you should not put trust in anyone" from Ciel's pov + Ciel is the metaphor of a child. a little bit disturbing.
x The synopsis of the episode spoiled the plot
-so ASH PLANTED THE DRUGS in one of Ciel's warehouse to make him arrested n seperated from Sebastian
-Also the dead man is the Queen's man. He was carrying an unknown task from the Queen
x So Ciel was ordered to destroy the letter the dead man was carrying.
BB episode 19 :
Here's what i think.
1) The Queen is the mastermind in the real world and she is controlled/manipulated by her butler (I think the butler is the real mastermind in this story, idk)
the Queen is using Ciel as her pawn
2) Her butler is also like Sebastian, a supernatural being, demon perhaps.
3) This is about the demons fight (Sebastian n Queen's butler)
more on BB ep 18 (after reading the episode discussion) :
x the Queen's butler - he's no ordinary human - this I knew
x Ciel's parents were sewn together (OMG.)
x Angela's motive is still unclear
x happy dream vs. painful reality, Ciel chose the painful reality. (Good)
x score: from 7 to 6, mainly because the way the scenes were shown..
Black Butler episode 18 (2/2):
At cinematic record library..
1) So Angela wanted to rewrite Ciel's past (=alter Ciel's thoughts n feeling about his past)
2) The past wasn't altered...(Angela killed Ciel's parents, Ciel's dad eyes..)
3) After Ciel came back, Angela went to purify (kill) the members of the cult
x impures according to "the angel" : 1) marked by demons 2) they refuse to write their own futures 3) having dark drive (Ciel)
4) One member was impure, she was marked by a demon...
5) So Angela wanted to purify her (also meaning Angela was writing that woman's present)
6) Using that woman's cinematic records (book), they escaped the locked library
7) Desperate, Angela sacrified herself to clean the impure members (meaning to kill herself along with the members). Though some members had escaped..
x So it is true that Angela killed Ciel's parents..
8) Undertaker has Ciel's parents cinematic records (why Ciel's parents'?)
9) But Ciel refused to know what they said before they died..
thoughts...
1) Angela's mission from the start was to clean Ciel.
but she was the killer (???)
I really don't understand Angela's character at all..especially at the first episode she appeared
For a working theory, I like to think that Angela is a vigilante of the supernatural world
2) the mystery hasn't fully solved, that's why Sebastian didn't kill Ciel
AC 2 EP 19 : what ? the whole situation does not make any sense, it was strangely favorable ; the students easily completed the space mission in ONE day, they had the cure to minimize Korosensei's exploding BY 99% all along, ALSO made by one of them, also the 99% possibility - too easy man.. and I'm still trying to understand their relationship dynamic (between Korosensei and his students) which was poorly done IMO.
OWARI NO SERAPH (ep1-3): throwing empty dialogues, uninteresting characters, high school cliche (seriously?), character cliche, has a little bit of everything which doesn't make sense (the demons)..etc. ep 1 was good tho.
Final thoughts on AC:
Final score: 7.5 (lol). I really wanted to give this anime an 8 but the last arc was a tad disappointing for me. 5 episodes for an arc? That felt not right. But aside from that, it was straight up hilarious! I really enjoyed the characters, the events and the story lessons. Plus, the ending was great and I think it was a perfect ending for a season 1 anime. Now, can't wait to start the second term!
