This is a compiled list of some action recommendations I made recently:

Strike the Blood 1 & 2 (Vampires and tons of dope ass action.)
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (Dope ass fighting sequences, pssst. This show has my all-time favorite fight.)
Mirai Nikki (Dark as hell but an absolute must watch. Basically a classic at this point.)
Hataraku Saibou (This one is currently airing and the action and comedy are top-notch.)
Noragami Seasons 1 & 2 plus the OVA (Some dope ass fighting sequences, are you noticing a pattern yet? It also had really refreshing comedy. Both OPs from season 1 and 2 are superb.)
Boku No Hero Academia Seasons 1, 2, & 3 plus the new movie that just aired (I'm sure you've heard of this one, and you might even be watching it but BNHA is my favorite Shonen series ever.)
Fate: Unlimited Blade Works (This one is another must watch because of how iconic and truly amazing it is. When you complete it there is also Fate: Zero or Fate: Apocrypha to watch.)
Black Bullet (Dope fights and cute lolis.)
Guilty Crown (Really disappointing ending but it has it's fair share of awesome fight scenes.)
Darling in the Franxx (Another disappointing ending lol this show is in the same archetype as Guilty Crown solely because of the way their shows/source material had ended. It has kids that pilot mechs in teams of two, and in that sense it draws similarities from Gurren Lagann.)
Overlord I, II, and III (Incredible isekai show with some dope action and fantastic comedy.)
Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka (Also known by it's English name, Is it Wrong to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon? Danmachi is really funny and once again it has dope ass action.)
Angel Beats (Cult classic. The drama, action, and comedy just mix so well together and it makes for a very memorable experience. The OP "My Soul, Your Beats" is one of the greatest ever.)
Assassination Classroom Seasons 1 & 2 (This one is gonna really make you cry, believe me. Super dope action, super good drama and story, overall one of my favorite shows ever.)
Kyoukai No Kanata and the OVA (Another outstanding show that did very well by mal's standards. The OVA is what really makes this series standout though because the ending is very satisfying.)

I'll watch just about anything just so long as the show is not Black Clover or a yuri/yaoi fanfest. Tbh I cannot stand yuri/yaoi at all. I typically watch action, slice of life, school, comedy, drama, horror, isekai/fantasy, moe, and shonen more often than other genres. Side note: I'm ok with moe because it's just too fucking cute.
