I really hope you still don't think Tokyo Revengers is a 10/10, and I get unreasonably pissed off at the praises it's getting, giving a ten so blindly without even looking at the glaring problems. Even though I enjoyed it, it is possibly the most mid manga out there.
The time-traveling plot and tool are so quickly thrown into laziness, that his powers are literally just flashes of the future is such lazy writing and makes our protagonist almost never fail, since he *always* gets shown the worst scenario. This gets so, so much worse.

The art being a 10 is a bias, everyone has their own take. But you can't say the character designs aren't so incredibly lazy and at times, bland. They suffer from the same face syndrome, and the only way to distinguish them is their body shape (since sometimes they even have the same hair), and their backstory, which I think is possibly the worst of them all. Try to test it. Find two or even three characters that have similar faces, then zoom in on the eyes or just the face. They're the same, or just extremely tiny details that don't matter.

Most mangas have the obvious flashback. It's a handy tool that makes you understand the characters on a deeper level. The problem with Tokyo Revengers is that they constantly add new gangs and characters, along with the same face syndrome it completely just makes the original story a jumbled mess. While yes, flashbacks do flesh out the characters, it's literally the point of it. The author handles it so incredibly poorly, where it messes with the main story to make it jump back and forth, instead of actually developing them within the story and why it's important? You can't suddenly have a character fight, then explain their whole background, then go back into the fight to then develop the characters in said fight. It's so cheap and lazy.
I will say, Senju and the arc there, in general, is possibly one of the worst written pieces of fiction I've ever read, and a big example of why Tokyo Revengers barely deserves a 6.

Of course, there are also the ages of how these kids are going out fighting each other to the point of pulling a gun, murders happening, but the police and any adults are basically non-existent. Which is, sure, it's fiction. But how far can you go from having a realistic world so similar to ours, and then completely ignoring any logic?

Tokyo Revengers is inconsistent, bland, and becomes a boring mess, with so many characters that aren't fleshed out.
They cheapen characters to tools of conflict and pretend they are characters; like a kid that plays with toys. And of course, almost everything is solved by a big gang fight, then something 'really' bad happens or may happen, then everyone stops. It's such a predictable story that strays from the path for a moment, then goes back to what was already done multiple times.
The only thing I can compliment is the artstyle. It's still distinct, despite the faces. The manga does have its moments, don't get me wrong. But damn, unless you're skimming through the manga or just turning your brain off, I cannot see how you read this without seeing the obvious, glaring problems.
