That was literally this entire site's reaction after the first episode.

I really enjoyed the series overall, season 2 felt a bit more mindless than season 1 was, but the last arc compensated a lot for me.
Actually the anime mixed up the order of the arcs from how the manga originally was, like the one with the twins was supposed to happen right after the nazi episodes, but this is just a nit pick.
Anyway, overall I felt the same way with season 1 as I did with season 2, and I would make a review of season 2 as well, but it would end up saying the same thing I said about season 1, you might as well treat that review as a full series review (Although I have yet to watch the ovas yet cause I'm waiting for an english release if it ever comes out).
