Heh, I think it has something to do with how complicated the politics are- some of the details they go into were uinnecessary and dragged the stry, and the main character has very little characer development (but the other three do!). That tends to drag people's opinions down, though I think that even with all that it's a ver well-done anime.

I think we can both agree that Hachi isn't really a good decision maker. Who knows, maybe she ends up with Nobu and lives a wonderful, carefree life or whatever. With that said, I just hope that another season is made so we can get some closure, ya know.
BTW, just curious, did you watch NANA in English or with subs? I watched it with subtitles at first but switched after about ten episodes :P

Now about Ristorante Paradiso. I just felt that it did everything perfectly. It had great music, characters, the setting was great, the character designs were awesome, I can just go on and on, but that would take too long :P
So try it out again soon! It's really just a calm, relaxing type of show that you watch when you're in the right mood, ya know.

The fact that he has "no heart" was what I liked about him the most. I guess I just have a thing the tranquil type; just look at my fav characters :P
But that hair...

I've only seen two episodes of White Album so I can't go into detail about my thoughts on it. Ironically, I put it on hold because I had just started NANA and Ristorante Paradiso(which is awesome) and I wasn't really interested in watching anything else at the time.

Yeah Season 2 was just bad. I wish they could've explored why the Gates came into this world and all, but that's just wishful thinking. And yeah, they should've kept it at 1 season at this rate, but the Gaiden is quite good.

Good that you're looking forward to Aria. One of my favourite shows, very calming with some nice humour and charm spread throughout. Alice is my favourite character ever!

I can assure you that Princess Tutu's artwork is excellent, I also enjoy One Piece's art alot aswell ^_^ Everything about PT is executed brilliantly, you should give it a shot sometime.

Glad you think Texh looks awesome, because it is! I loved all aspects of it :)

If you're open to different art styles, looking into Kaiba and Windy Tales would be a very wise decision :P
