Of there so precious few anime with that theme. Actually there are more of the opposite. But a few i can think of are ; kamisama hijimemashta, inu x boku ss, kodomo no jikan. But that one is super ecchi and lolicon but the story is really good. There is few more but they are harder to think of since most of them are so obscure. There is one about a teacher but i dont think its a lot about romance. Are you interested in live action drama by any chance there is a couple in that area.

There is a bunch more non student teacher ones. One off the top of my head is kore wa hanashi koi. Its between a 30 year old and a 10 year old. While it sounds bad its a really good story. Heartfelt and sweet. And not in the slitest bit sexually charged.

I love age gaps but i hate sex in manga becuase i want the full happy sappy story virgins till marriage and the whole bag. Ecchi I'm cool with but only as comedy. Hapi mari another age gap has alot of ecchi but its within the confines of marriage so I'm cool with it.

As for how i got into it. Don't know. One of the first anime i watched had a older female teacher, onegai teacher(different from the manga i rec'd you) (of specking about that rec is a anime with older male, there is some sex but the anime is not very ecchi) well any way when i started reading manga it was the manga to onegai teacher. That lead to more student teacher manga and eventually i noticed i was chasing after these age gap manga. First thing i would check is if it had a age gap couple.

Is not as if i myself have a thing for younger or older girls. I just like the level of complexity it ads to a romance story.

Oh and the club. I started it but gave it up for a while actually the same day i answered your comment i asked to be put back on.
