Good evening from my side, I'm from the Recommendation Club! I strongly agree with Madoka Magica (it also has yuri undertones, for example in its third ending theme), NGE is also fine (despite not being a thriller, but more of a cosmic horror story) and Psycho Pass too (more close to a police action thriller, but with obvious psychological and sociological elements). Elfen Lied and Mirai Nikki are divisive, but they're still there (if you don't mind yandere and excess of gore and/or shock factor, you might enjoy them).

As for an awesome psychological thriller movie, you might want to check Perfect Blue. Among other things, it has an old-school realistic atmosphere that might be the thing for you. Off topic: since you have gay-friendly anime in your list, you might be interested in an anime named Asagao to Kase-san (wholesome lesbian romance) and a yuri autobiography manga named My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness.
