You can tell if you personally like it, but when a show hasn't even introduced the main plot or all of the characters, reviewing it is completely pointless. The show's taken on a different tone entirely now and your "review" is irrelevant. The only shows it makes sense to review after only a few episodes are SoLs where you know all you need to know after the first couple of episodes.

Well, we all have different opinions after all. I just feel it being random is part of what makes it unique and enjoyable to watch, but not everyone feels that way.

"Lack of build up means that viewer can't really guess where story is heading..." but is that not part of what makes it fun to watch? Unlike a majority of anime, you can't guess the outcome. It is a true adventure to watch.
