The problem with this part is that Kyuubey blatantly disregards the first law of thermodynamics, and could've avoided that just by stating that energy was lost in the form of heat, while he said the amount of energy in the universe was constantly decreasing. If he had just accounted for it it, there would've been no problem. (It's funny, because he even acknowledged the laws of thermodynamics and was STILL wrong.) This is a factual error, and has nothing to do with pretentiousness.
