So, are you someone who buys, streams, or downloads his anime?

so yeah we're comparing on a numerical standard rather than the actual animes themselves....

so you're saying that i compared a psychological seinen to a sports type comedy shounen because of the number 9, because of how much i loved the titles eh??? well then i'm comparing based on the actual number and not taking the other title into consideration then arent i??? it would be purely on an enjoyment scale rather than taking into account, Kanno Yoko's work on the music or Oh! Great's story and art right??? so every like number can easily be compared with its counterpart right???

thats an interesting take on it. well everyone has their own way of doing things. i personally dont like to compare titles especially if i'm crossing into different genres. everything must be taken into account: music, art, story, characters and overall enjoyment. if i were to compare titles in order to get a rating, then i feel that some titles would get rated unfairly, but thats just me. when you've seen as many things as i've seen, rating on a comparative scale just doesnt seem like much fun....

so exactly what do you factor in on your comparative scale???

pretty much everything you give 10s to, which might i add, you give out way too much of imo. i've only come across maybe 3 or 4 anime i've considered 10 worthy let alone 9 worthy. but hey its your opinion. good job starting GANTZ. thats one of my fave mangas....

I don't like manhwa because a lot of them are like that. Rebirth, Cavalier of the Abyss, Immortal Regis, all have stupid ending (not really end either, I guess the author were too lazy to continue their works). :(

I'm surprised to see that your favorite manga (it's manhwa actually) is Ragnarok.
I remember that manhwa. it should be one of my top manhwa if ..... they continued it. The manga artist of this manhwa stopped working on this manhwa once Ragnarok Online (MMORPG by Asia-Soft, Korean MMO developer) became popular. I felt like I was betrayed. He should spend his time to continue his series but he didn't. Then he just worked on another new entry "Light Out". I just can't forgive that bastard for what he did. he abandon Ragnarok manhwa just because he was wealthy enough by making money from MMORPG. That son of a **** have no respect for manga. :(

You obviously are vastly more knowledgable in comics than anime... It does seem that you have good taste in anime. I guess it is better to watch a few great anime works, than TONs of horrible ones.
