I think I remember you liking Overlord. Gotta say, season 4 was really enjoyable and perhaps the peak of the franchise for me. I hope you enjoy it if/when you get around to it ;)

as a kid I saw some anime on tv but didnt know what anime was just thought its some cartoon

I also didnt have many tv channels so I could only watch when I visited my grandma or neighbours (saw some ep pokemon/dragonball but mainly yugioh/monster rancher back then)

I rewatched these shows a few years after but for some reason never got more into anime

also yugioh etc are kinda bad imo

if I would watch em know without nostalgia goggles I would def see they arent as great as I thought back then :D

after the rewatches there was a long break and this year my friend kept saying "Naruto is so good I dont even like anime but watch it"

So I gave it a try and liked it a lot (besides some fillers and some other slight problems)

wasnt sure if I would watch more anime but yh then I checked out death note and fmab and loved em (remembered someone recommended death note 2 years ago on discord)

I just came on your profile and because you're asking for some anime recommendations here are some, hope you'll like them :D

I see you're enjoying Kimetsu no Yaiba/Demon Slayer, so if you liked the animations and want an anime with lots of action and a """"Battle Royale"""" aspect I'd recommend you to watch the Fate Series:

1.Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade works
2.Fate zero
3.Fate/stay night Heaven's feel

-Shinsekai Yori (It's a really reaaaally great anime that'll hopefully make you gripped to the story, for me it was honestly a roller coaster of emotions x))

-New Game! (If you like some comedy, slice of life and some video game making aspects I think you'll quite enjoy this)

-Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru, or more commonly known as Oregairu is like one of my favorite Rom-com animes right now (Season 3 was announced a few months ago too :D), I strongly suggest you to give it a try, it's great.

I'm just suggesting you these animes for now, if you'd like some more recommendations feel free to ask me ^_^

(Also I'm sorry because I'm quite bad at describing animes x)) but I still hope you'll look into what I suggested you)

I would definitely recommend Yakusoku no Neverland! It's easily the best anime I've seen in a while. Be warned, it's pretty dark and deep though :D

I hope that you'll have an enjoyable return coming back to MAL with a new login LOL - it's THE place to be if you're into anime/manga. I love Golden Kamuy myself, it's so under-rated IMO and I just love little Asirpa - I even have her as a favourite character. Her relationship with Sugimoto is so sweet :)
