Kaguya-sama had fanservice? Honestly based on the style it didn't look like the type, but i hated it anyway and dropped it so wouldn't really know
What about Spy x Family didn't they like?
I haven't watched Skip and Loafer, but apparently it has a similar vibe to Cool Doji Danshi, this one is 100% fanservice free, it's just a bunch of clumsy guys doing hilarious shit, so simple but so well made
Aria is also a nice and chill fanservice free SOL anime, beautiful scenaries
Very obscure, Da Li Si Rizhi, hilarious chinese anime, also nicely showcases Tang dynasty era
For action anime, don't know if your friend is into magical girls, but Precure is a classic and is basically a battle shoujo
And battle shounen maybe Yu Yu Hakusho, it's 100+ eps long and it's been a while since i watched it, but i'm 99% sure it don't have any particularly lewd jokes, and it's definitely not a tiddie focused anime
And if by any chance your friend despite not liking fanservice would like some manservice... watch Run With The Wind, for the story too, it's an underrated gem

I know theres some stuff that makes me uncomfortable too and puts me off watching certain series, but anime is such a vast medium that i think it's impossible not to find something for everyone
