Who's there? Get outta here, nau!
J/K. Honestly I don't know what's the point of this section, so I shall use it for some shameless self-advertising.
I'm 6'2'', hunky, a world class athlete and I possess genius-level intellect. I won 3 different Nobel prizes and had 5 bestselling books by the age of 15. Oh and did I mention, I taught Gary Kasparov how to play chess. Ring me up any time if you're a you're female, young, hot, and single. :D
...not.
I'm just a typical (not particularly good looking) nerd who likes anime. I am easily impressed and tend to get spontaneously infatuated with the characters in any anime I am currently watching. I am also aware that I give over-generous scores. Well the reason is that if I enjoy an anime, I see no reason not to give it a good score. I try to be objective but it is very VERY unlikely I will ever give a score of lower than 5 to any anime.
Please feel free to post on my wall if you want to discuss anything to do with anime, games, relationships, your life, whatever. I will (probably) find time to reply.

Besides Gintama manga has a totally different feel to it. You will find out..
Yup Gintama is great, especially some of it's arcs like yoshiwara, red spider, shinsengumi crisis are some of the best arcs in shounen. They are super serious. And enchousen was awesome.. Just awesome.. Each arc of enchousen was great.
You know what I like about gintama, The arcs are so small it conveys so much deep story. Consider Housen, Jiraiya, Jirocho they were there for only 4 or 5 episodes but they feel complete and totally epic. And Gintoki is probably the coolest guy I have ever come across in anime. I am not that big fan of parody and sometimes they become too crude for my taste but it is the most hilarious anime I have seen. I even fall down from my chair laughing..
Are you reading gintama manga?
Especially the arcs of op are really satisfying the way they end..
Yona is like jack of all trades. They included everything, like romance action adventure. The story lacks depth. Seirei no moribito was beautifully executed. They kept it simple and never diverted from the spirits, so I would say. And the subtle romance and a feel of family is awesome too in seirei no moribito.
I understand why yona is popular though, it was made to be popular and included almost everything. Nowadays it is very rare that someone would watch 110 episodes of logh or some really long anime. People who watch mostly the ongoing series want short series with good flashy animation and some action with some emotional moments. Yona ticks all the right boxes here. But to us this is not enough.
