I am Krisa (which is not my real name, but a lot of ppl in my RL also call me by this name), a girl who discovered this wonderful world of manga/anime not so long ago. But since I'm quite an obsessive person, I have already dived deep in :>
If you're about to check out my list, I must inform you that even though I am a huge fan of Japanese popular culture, am still a VERY critical person and cannot easily give 9's or 10's. I drop things that are uwatchable/unreadable by my standards (most probably stuff I grade below 6) since I see it as a waste of my precious time.
Otherwise, I am more of a reader than a watcher ;P So yeah, my manga list is gonna increase quicker than anime list.
I deleted al PWP yaoi/yuri/hentai and alike from the list - most of such things are one-shots, so there quickly are too much of them.
OK, GENRE-WISE, I GUESS I PREFER THESE THE MOST: supernatural, psyhological, slice-of-life, seinen/josei(a bit more serious, yup), mystery.
Of course I like yaoi, as well as yuri, and yeah, I do read/watch hentai.

It's been 7 years since I've got obssesed and it lasted a year or so, nowadays I watch an anime or read a manga only every few months, but I still GREATLY appreciate the very special feel that those give off.. I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE GREAT SUPERNATURAL/MAGICAL/SCI-FI/SLICE-OF-LIFE STUFF IF YOU CAN RECOMMEND ANY :D
