Haha nice to know some people are living here :3. Not much happened to me, I worked a month in June and should work again in a couple weeks. I almost find a job for all summer but that plan failed. All in all, I'm still deppressed and not doing much of my time ^^. But I met another MALer a month ago, I went to see lady_freyja in Nantes. It was cool. To be honest I still don't really know what I wanna do. I might as well work a couple years, grab a bag and travel around the world. I never did tat when I was younger...

A lot of things Shinji or Rei do hurt her too, it's one of the core themes of the anime. She just really bad at expressing her feelings wich makes her say the opposite of what she wants to say most of the time, but she gives enough clues to Shinji. I'm pretty sure her "man up" bullshit has more to do with grabbing her hand during their kiss scene or when she invades his bed than piloting robots. She's totally able to pilot robots on her own, it's really not the kind of help she's asking for.
Nah I mean Asuka is hated. Everybody loves Rei, she's adorable :3.

Asuka is unable to express her problems and feelings, like anyone else in the show. I don't know, it's been such a long time, I can't really remember how I felt when I first watched it, but now I can't really hate her more than Shinji or Misato. At least she gets in the fucking robot and doesn't coerce Shinji into doing it.

But don't worry, Asuka (who?) is a nobody compared to Rei :3. She's generally hated especially in the west.
