Depends which show you're referring to. But I honestly cannot truly rate a show objectivelly, like any other person. I'm not sure if it's even possible unless you 'objectively' rate it on specific qualities rather than it as a whole art piece.
Anyways, when I say 'objectively', I try to imagine how various people might interpret the show. Things they search for in quality in the animation, or with overall message the story is trying to present. I can't remember exactly but as an example, 'Isekai Ojisan' is something I'd give a 9/10 because of how much I enjoyed it. I appreciated the intent of the creators, the story, the interesting art style, etc. But an 'objective' rating of that show could range between a 5 to an 8. A 5/10 because the animation sometimes isn't fluid, the comedy might be repetitive, and there might be some scenes that are too creepy (in a bad way). Or an 8/10 because it's a solid anime, it delivers what it intends to deliver...but it won't "objectively" be a better show than maybe something like the anime 86 or a completed version of Full Metal Alchemist, since those shows simply offer more quantity, maybe more depth, and maybe better animation and a drawing style that appeals for the larger majority.
So, basically I imagine a show's ranking based on an 'objective' lens that takes into account various assumptions and how the larger majority will perceive the show. But, of course like most people I don't go into different shows with the same expectations as the previous shows. And for an anime like Isekai Ojisan, it isn't intended for the larger anime audience (I assume) but rather to the isekai viewer base, so I rate it based on how good the show is as part of the isekai 'genre' or 'theme' or whatever it is. It can get complicated because, even if Isekai Ojisan could be a very unique isekai, that doesn't mean that it's automatically a good isekai-anime, and maybe the majority prefer generic qualities instead.
