(It also aggravates me that it doesn't have DSM V) :P
I haven't finished watching it though. Tbh it's not bad but for example the ED episode...I think these sorts of things are so region specific. Here the medical causes of ED WAAAAY outweigh psychological causes and its certainly not on the increase. Hypertension and diabetes are your biggest worries when patients say they have ED. Lol (rant end). Anyway I liked your review friend and nice profile pic :D

I don't mean for this to sound rude, but the only reason they are using the DSM-IV in Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika is because the manga started in 2009 when the DSM-IV was still the most up to date version of the DSM.
