Have you seen the live action movie for it yet? It was excellent, which surprised me for only two hours.

I saw your post in the Kimi ni Todoke ep 9 forum. Yeah, I think tears were flowing all over the world when that episode aired (certainly true for me). Their confession took me by surprise and I was a little afraid of what would happen next so I hesitated over the last two episodes. Let me tell you... now that I've seen them my only regret is that the rankings won't let me rate it higher. Just can't imagine how it could've been any better.

I was looking for a new anime to watch and now with your recommendation, I think I'll give a chance to Clannad. About Kaichi wa Maid-sama, these days, I was thinking about read it, but I'm trying to get out of only the Shoujo Universe and give a chance to others genres, like Josei. Do you have any recommendation in this style? （⌒▽⌒）
Oh, and I was also getting a look in your Plan to Read list, and found Shinshi Doumei Cross! Not my favorite manga from Arina Tanemura, but it's still a good manga, with the protagonist cute and funny (and pure-heart) that I love, you like this too, you should read. ヽ（´･ω･`）

Just had two midterms on the same day. Damn it all. Dunno about stress. I really only get somewhat nervous like... the day before the test and like the hours after it. Dunno how meds school will be like, but "they" say if you can get in, you're pretty much set for the job. (Unless you decide to give up, that is.)

Haven't checked this podcast yet, since I've been pretty busy, and it's like 10 around here, so I'm going to sleep.

Sure, I love mangas with strong main girl character as well :D

one of my favorite is Basara. it's written pretty long ago and the art isn't as nice as some of the recent ones, but it has amazing story and definitely a story with the strongest female character.

After school nightmare is also good.

Meru Puri is my all time favorite manga. i can't really explain it but it's a feel good manga with amazing artistry. i read this so many times because i just feel good reading it. and of course i love both the male and female characters of the story.

Penguin Revolution is also good. i generally like to read gender bender stories, because there's more suspense in the love relationship.

Please save my earth is another good one. it has something to do with reincarnation. it's a very well written plot. lots of suspense and stuff.

fruits basket is also great. i think this manga is probably very well known. so is hana yori dango. love the j-dorama of HYD. definitely watch that if you haven't.

Gakuen Alice is also great, but it's not finished so you might want to wait for it to finish although there are like 100 or more chapters out already.

there so many i can still name lol. you can take a look at my history and pick out from the ones I've rated high (8-10).

Wow awesome! I have a Totoro plush as well, and it's a very pretty (and accurate looking) light-brown one. I've seen others on the web and a lot of them look kinda messed up..Dx I happened to see mine at an anime con in 2003 or so. Oh and.. -steals your Totoro hat and runs!- x3
