My ratings may seem off, but I genuinely only watch anime that I would enjoy and if I drop a show, I won't rate it as I'd feel as if I was being unfair for not finishing the entire package. So even my lower rated shows aren't necessarily bad.

My rating criteria
10 - Masterpiece.
9 - Loved it, please see this show
8 - Really good, would recommend to anyone
7 - Good and enjoyable
6 - Ok, pretty average show
5 - eh, could be better
4 - Bad show, feel free to skip
3 - Really bad, don't spend your time on this
2 - awful waste of time
1 - shouldn't exist
