Are you kidding about A/Z's music fitting the situation?
A/Z has one of the most forced musical placements i have heard. The director clearly wanted another AoT and it's clear not only from certain scenes but the timing of the music is completely laughable as well as obnoxious of how obvious it makes it. In the end making the OST something you wish you never heard in the first place. I can handle praise for Hiroyuki Sawano but praise for the music director however, that's over the line. Not to mention most of the music was remixes of "I SAY FIRRAAH". So it was definitely not one of Sawano's greater works. If you would like to know what good good musical direction sounds like i can recommend you a few such as.
