So far so good 👍 Hope the new year's been good.
Thought Natlan's music was great and exploration still just as fun :)
Any plans to pull for the upcoming characters?

Oh, damn. It really has been a while! How have you been?
I was doing... Fine, I guess. A lot has happened (good and bad) but I guess that the end result for today can be described as "fine".
Got a car, my bearded dragon is healthy, woke up from winter sleep recently and is a grumpy jerk, got a job and have been working there for over a year now but am thinking about quitting, still single but I'm okay with it, still depressed lol

Happy New Year!

Hey !

It's good to hear that you're doing better. Have you been able to relax a lot lately or not really?

Ahh yeah, I know the feeling of the excitment when you go to an another country to study and discover a new culture. But on the other hand, dealing with application procedures can be a pain especially after the new year.
I'm wondering when you will go to Seoul, will you stay in a school dormitory or have your own apartment close to the school. I remember my sister saying that South Korea is a cheap country and that she was able to have access to food easily even at night. Going to the supermarket must be super convenient.
But being a cheap country or not is really relative to people.
Can you really cope with spicy food? Korean food is really famous for that especially with Kimchi.
As well, when moving for a long period of time, some people get homesick or miss their family. Do you think it's gonna be the case for you?

Thanks for your compliment I really appreciate it. I would rather say I'm a talkative person. In fact, when I travel I love to meet people and understand their way of living and thinking. It's really interesting and I think that's the reason why you think I'm an understandable person.
Are you the kind of person who travels a lot?
Not sure if we have the same age but I don't mind telling you. I'm twenty five years old. And you ?

Yes, it's amazing to work from home, thanks to that you have more time to spend in your hobbies, instead of wasting them in the public transportation.
Anyways, what kind of transportation do you usually use when you have to go to school ? Is it more car or public transportation.
Would you like to have a work from home too? But unfortunately some companies wants to cancel it to makes employees more efficient by coming to the office but I find it really stupid.

Yeah the end and the beginning of the New year is always a busy day because there is a lot of preparation and family gathering. Actually do you celebrate Christmas ?
As an european, what we usually do is that Christmas is for family gathering and New year is to celebrate with friends.
I celebrate the new year with my friends and it was a really fun party. It's a way to relax yourself before going back to work.
What did you do for the new year?

I have a really interesting job that captivates and motivates me. I used to work some part-time job, but it was really uninteresting and exhausting. I had to do the same task and it was draining physically and mentally.
Do you have a part-time job or your parents help you financially?

About my sister she is not working yet but she studies business. Not sure yet what kind of job she will take after graduation. Maybe I wrote something wrong but during her exchange semester in Korea, she took the oppotunity to travel to Japan because they are close country.
My little bother also went to Japan, so I'm the only one who had not been there yet.

During my early childhood, my parents makes me do a lot of sports activities. I remember playing football with my neighboors in the street and practicing in a judo club with competition.
I have two little brothers and one little sister, making me the eldest. I don't think it's not uncompatible to realize your dream and support your family too. Why do you think it's a problem?
In fact, I do consider that I must support financially my parents when they will retire, although they don't expect some help from their kids. They just want for us a better life than they actually have. Personally, I don't have to complain , we have house and food so I don't ask for more.
I always though that being an only child is kinda sad. What do you think of your situation?

In your opinion, do you think the animation field has a lot of job to offer? I mean earning money is important to buy food, have a house,etc...
I believe that we work to live and money is really important in our actual society.
Do you think that money is something important in life ?
In case you don't find a job, I suggest you to move abroad but you need to take into consideration that you will be far away from your friends and family.

And Happy New Year 2025!

As we step into this bright and promising new year, may each day bring you endless opportunities, boundless joy, and moments that leave you truly inspired.
May success, good health, and happiness accompany you in every step you take.

Have you set any New Year resolutions for 2025? Whether big or small, a fresh start is always a chance to grow, learn, and thrive.

Wishing you a magical, prosperous, and inspiring 2025!

Hello ! Good to hear from you again !
You seems to be doing well :)
How have you been lately ?

And don't worry about your late reply, I know that when you go through a lot of changes in life, priorities changes and it happened to me as well.
I have been busy too with moving to Switzerland, doing winter activities and with my work. But I should say that i can considerate myself lucky becaus I can work from remote from home too.
Were you busy with your homework and social life a lot ? And do you have some plans for the end of the new year ? In my case, I will spend it with friends with a good raclette.

Thanks for the recommendation, I will definitely visit Turkey and put it in my list of cities to visit. I mean Turkey is such a huge country with a rich culture, so I will have plenty of choices.
I went to check some pictures of Mugla and it looks so refreshing with the sea and landscapes.
How's life in The Aegean part of Turkiye ? And Is the food and people good and nice ?
I guess it's not an expensive part of Turkiye.

And yes, I have graduated in the last few months, just waiting for the graduation ceremony :)
Now I'm working in Switerland as a mechanical engineer, I enjoy my life there becaus of the landscapes and I can basically go to ski every week end.

Congrats for being accepted at a university in South Korea, I'm sure it must have been though to work with your project, spending a lot of hours on them but I hope that you are proud of yourself.
My sister went also to study in Korea for the last few month, she really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the city. Btw in which city you will be ?
She also took the opportunity to take a flight to Japan, so maybe you can do that too haha.

What kind of job you want to do in the future ? I'm really curious about your career path since it's not everyone who choose to take that field.

I find your way of thinking really interesting although I'm not sure that if you are good at math, that's the case at drawing too.
But yes, I think that art can manifest itself in many forms which is something amazing.
In my family case, because my parents are migrants they didn't have a proper education at school and didn't get degree to have a decent job. I have worked some temporary job and gosh it was really hard, to wake up early and do repetitive tasks just to get a small salary.
So I think that for me and my siblings it was important to study and to choose a field that makes money , by taking studies seriously.
My siblings and me are mostly in the engineering or business field.
While on the other hand, my cousin who had all their dad engineer with excellent salary, they end up having a basic job.
So yeah, I think my parents educate me to take seriously school. Btw which values your parents teach you, that you consider are important ?

And would you describe yourself as a morning person ? Adult life is quite hard lol.

See you soon and I hope that you enjoy your time with your family !!

That´s awesome that you are doing good. Best of luck next year so everything stays that way.
Thanks, I will let you know what I think once I start reading them. It won´t probably happen before half of January though as I have already other plans and I´m also participating in MAL Secret Santa event - manga edition.
I would love to recommend you something but it´s bit hard since you have your manga set on private. If you would like I can try to give you something anyway - just let me know what you feel like reading in message.
