You're right Promised Neverland's first season is really great but I think second season is bad.

HxH have good fight scenes, especially Chimera Ant arc and this arc have dark scenes. If you doesn't watch it, then you should watch :)
Maybe, Fate series and Kekkai Sensen

I don't watched a lot of romance animes but Tsurezure Children is really good.
