these are outstanding pieces of media that are near flawless and have a huge emotional impact on me
9 (glorious)
these are series that i think are near flawless or have a large emotional impact; everyone should watch these at some point in their life
8 (great)
these are series that are memorable and objectively well made, but have small issues that hold them back from being classics
7 (good)
these are series that are nothing outstanding, but are still a good time. i'd still recommend a series with this rating
6 (okay)
these are series that have bad elements to them, but you still don't regret watching them. it's a net positive experience.
5 (average)
these are decent series that balance out everything good that they have with something bad
4 (mediocre)
these are series that, while still kinda bad, are enjoyable to some degree
3 (bad)
these are series that are undeniably bad, but have their moments every once in a while
2 (awful)
these are series that i despise with all my heart and have next to no redeeming qualities about them
1 (beyond terrible)
reserved for series that are so bad it's laughable or series that make feel nothing
