Personally, my favourite is Ohcako Uraraka. Part of the reason is that she's a proper sweetheart and has a very likable personality. The other reason is her character development back in season 2 which pushed her to the top of my favourites during her battle against Bakugo in the sports festival.

Even now, she got more development in the new season and I'm happy at how braver and more confident she has become. Plus, I love it when she blushes whenever Deku gets mentioned and she gets teased at because of it. =3
