I can't tell anyone I watch anime. They all would lokk in pity..saying stuff like...Peter pan syndrome haha. Still wants to watch "cartoons ". :P
I understand that part. Animes take too much time. *sigh* Which is why my manga list is much larger than my anime list. :P
Shounen is good. But there's slice of life/ romance/ mystery / horror/ psychological/thriller too.. I love those types. And shoujo mangas......let's just say..my guilty pleasures. xD

I love big bang theory :) Its funny... I didnt watch vampire diaries, but I know the first season of how I met your mother. I watched it some time ago :D
Raising Hope is a crazy series... The main characters sleeps with a serial killer (He doesent know she is one of course) And shortly after that she is put in prison. There she gives birth to his child. After that she is killed... But it isnt really shown, and they do it all in a slapstick way. The series is all about the main character raising his daughter (she is called Hope) with his family and friends. Well its not all about that. It is about how the characters get along and every episode has a little side story :D
Its really funny to watch, so maby you would like it. But I dont know if it is your style. So you havbe to choose for yourself :)

Hmmm, I watch anime of couse... But I watch other things too, just now me and my family watch raising hope. Were not finished till now, but we watched the bog bang theory and the 4400 series togeter, do you know any of these series?

I can't watch cartoon network anymore because of the horrible cartoons. ( except Adventure time....which I love )
