become a mountain, once I stop; cross the limit of death, once i move ahead..
Another boring anime fan here.. (Action, Romcom, slice of life mainly, watch for story and entertainment) and Games (mostly Battlefied Series, Trails in the Sky and whole trails series, Mass Effect, Dragon age Origins, Witcher and many more story rich games).......
So, the name is Hamza Chaudhry. If we're already friends you can call me Hamza or Hamzi. I'm 21 as of 2020(the age of decisions, choosing a path and following through, with so much to do, so many dreams, but being content with what you have is the key to happiness). (Old profile memory: Preparing for the medical entrance test) Got into Med School, soon to be a Physician, IA. I'm from Pakistan. Feel free to chat or if you wanna be a friend, and we can have a little imaginary meeting with some coffee and a little chit chat about anime or sth, sitting in a lawn with a cloudy weather, wind all around us, a bit of lightning here and there. :P I'LL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU always, however much i can!!
Some quotes from Anime I like:
"Even a doll can seem to have a soul, given enough time." -Oboro, Gintama
"Those who do not understand true pain can never understand true peace." -Pein, Naruto
"When a man learns to Love, He must bear the risk of hatred." -Pein, Naruto
"Crow that brings Death have already flown off by the time their feathers hit the ground." -Oboro, Gintama
"Do not judge others based on your preconceptions and their appearances." -Itachi, Naruto
"Thinking of Peace whilst spilling blood is something only humans can do!" Madara Uchiha, Naruto
"Sometimes the things we cannot change end up changing us." Hei, Darker than Black
"It's common courtesy to give someone your name before you ask for theirs." Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto
"Sometimes the best way to solve your own problems is to help someone else." Iroh, Avatar

Ah, I see you are a man of culture as well.

just in time to read The Horizon and get stuck contemplating the human condition in the wake of restless nights.
(Its a very tragic tragedy with a philosophically fulfilling end, but lots of ooph)
I don't know why I do this to myself.
Also, congratulations to the person below me!
Sorry, since comments are public I tend to read them sometimes. I feel like I'm snooping, but not really? Never used another platform with public comments. Its kinda weird.
Great that you stayed healthy so far. Hope it will stay the same in the next few months. You might never know when it will be the end of Corona and everything returns back to normal. Maybe it never will. I don't hope that, but I believe we will come through even if it always stays like that.
Haha after Netflix released Naruto Shippudden I also rewatched some of the episodes. Though I have to admit that I liked the manga a lot more. I kinda hate animes that are long-drawn-out. Or better to say: I don't hate the animes, but I kinda have difficulties to stay tuned for the whole episodes. Most of the time I keep doing something else while watching or listening to it. What kind of tv series have you been watching? I really loved The Rain *-*, Into The Night, Cursed and La Casa de Papel.. and Elite. Haha had some time to enjoy a few series. Do you know them?
Oh! I kinda forgot that I have a few episodes of SAO left.. A few days I started to watch A.I.C.O. Well... that doesn't mean that I don't like the new season but you know it's not the same as the original series ;) I feel that Alice is more like a sister to Kirito, maybe a little more than the other girls from Aincrad but still not some romantic relationship. Asuna is his big first and hopefully last love. Do you share my opinion?
Hmmm sadly I couldn't find your id on Insta. Hmm maybe some missspelling?
I think it's a nice characteristic feature to be able to openly share your real name with others. In my younger years I always wished to have a different name because people never spelled my name right or even created new names for me. Since a few years I am really proud to have such a special name that not everyone shares. When people don't say it right I always try to correct and help them to say it right. My husband for example has a few cute nicknames for me. Though when he calls me by my real name he also has difficulties to spell it right and has to try it a few times to be able to do the needed sound with the tongue.
I dunno why but we named our baby boy with a typical German name: Tobias <3333 I so so so love him! <3 Such a cute baby <3
Shinsekai Yori is complicated. A few month ago I was asked what it is about and I already wasn't able to anwser any questions around the anime. I just remember being hyped while watching it. Ikki Tousen is not that deep - it's more like Dragon Ball. Not much of a big story but lots of characters and fights. I love the art and music of Ikki a lot haha
Yeah I do miss it and I miss traveling a lot. Not only to far places but also traveling by car through Germany. I hope that once my baby boy is able to walk (a bit) we will travel a lot again. :) What about you? What do you miss the most?
I just had the unfortunate experience of spending 2.5 hours constructing a well thought out reply to a forum user only to scroll up and discover he's a total dick, dicking with other people for grins. I feel cracks forming in my faith in humanity. Why do people allow trolls to exist?
*exhale*
night. (。-ω-)zzz
Weapon master is something I came up with a looong time ago, middleschool I think. Probably thought it was cool at the time. Username for minecraft, which was my first online game. Used it for a bunch of stuff after that. It hasn't aged particularly well so I don't use it anymore. (Though Battlemaster and Weaponmaster sounds like a neat tag team combo, lol)
I'll probably end up binging SAO as well. I trailed off last season and never got around to finishing it, maybe because the story's much slower this time around?
yeah i had a lot of time these past few month. due to the pregnancy i wasn't allowed to work since december. at first i though "wow yay i can do all the stuff i never have free time for." well then i had lots of side effects from the beginning of pregnancy and somehow staying at home, later thanks to corona, just sucked. I tried a few new things like painting, knitting, crafting some baby stuff, online shopping.. but well i am not into arts and crafts so much hahaha so i ended up watching some animes from time to time. ^^
I was kinda hyped about SAO, but until now with so few episodes from the new season, it's kinda difficult to say if it's a good season. So far nothing happened. i like the new clothes designs though. most of them are really cute.
oh thank you ^//////^ i haven't been uploading on deviantart for years. instead i switched to instagram, but i am too lazy to upload my stuff often. kinda happens twice a year xD do you have an instagram account?
I still remember the experience of decoding the letter fondly. Kinda funny that it took me several hours to do what anyone familiar with lower level programming could have finished in ten minutes, but I digress. I usually watch it around the same time each year, it's a nice nostalgia hit. Someday I'm going to pilgrimage to the location site, but from what I can tell it's on a country club's property, so I'll need to up my Japanese before I can persuade the staff to let me in ( -_-). Took a trip to Japan last winter (before the chaos) and it was honestly an enlightening experience, will go back eventually.
I'm glad you found my haphazard train of thought amusing, lol. I'm not sure about brilliant, but I try.
Yeah four years was a long time ago wasn't it? The passage of time is weird to me; the past can seem so impossibly far away, yet you can remember things with the feeling that they happened yesterday. Same with the future, things are both so far away that you can justify not worrying about them, yet the passage of days can make you feel anxious. I guess it's a personal fear of mine that I'll wake up old one morning and not know how it happened.
Hm... I actually haven't updated my favorites in over a year, so I should look into that, heh. (quickly checks favorites), yeah I think I still stand by those, more slots would be nice thought. I'm currently, albeit slowly re-watching the re:zero 1st season before I start this season. I'm an isekai guy, though not much of recent isekai is "good", often times good for popcorn anime though. I feel the infamy of the genre partially comes from creators thinking all you need for an isekai is to establish that the main character is from another world, which is a shame.
You watching anything rn? Not much on your feed.
Lets see, I graduated this May and took some time off for various reasons, so now I'm job hunting. It's a tiresome task that drains me of my will to live, but done it must be.
Fun stuff for me is anime, video games, and some reading. Pretty standard affair. Going to use my first bits of salary to get a new gaming rig and enter the VR experience. I've played beat saber a few times at a friend's place, and it never gets old. I'm also slowly and steadily learning Japanese for pretty transparent reasons. Being able to experience raw Japanese media will be an experience, I think.
The night is late and I'm sleepy and out of questions, so I'll stop here.
Very nice to meet you too. ( 'v')/
Anyway, I'm the guy that made the decode post for Sakasama Patema (which is where I think you found me from). At the time I was like "oh neat, a friend request! Hm... but I don't really use mal to socialize... but maybe I should start, could be fun... but then again..." Repeat thoughts for 4-5 days till I forget about it for half a year, then be like "Oh yeah, I still have that friend request... hm..." [repeat process as before].
Kinda dumb I know, I just over analyze things perhaps. Anyways, given I'm stuck inside during the apocalypse I strapped for things to do and people to talk with. I also remembered, like, a week before the *four year anniversary* of your friend request, so I though it would be a decent joke if nothing else.
4 years truly?! Okay that's a long time.. haha it doesn't feel that long :D have you been doing well?
i am not watching as much anime as i used to.. other stuff seems more interesting to me these days. Next week I am awaiting a baby :D
you almost got my name - Jenia ;) awesome how close you were - even after so much time. ^^
