first episode of one piece. pretty much ill watch one episode a day at least. every show i finish ill watch a few more episodes of one piece. if it gets to a good part maybe ill binge. i mean god knows what bojos gonna do now so ill maybe have more time. will update when caught up. I have finished the first season of Gintama. 201/367. this is one of the best things i have ever watched on jah. thank god i picked this show up in the beginning of the year and thank god i stuck with it. lets go next season bitches. (also we're gonna forget that i ended up being almost 50 episodes ahead of schedule. it was that good)

it's done. i havent stopped crying. what a journey. gintama is going down as my favourite anime of all time and i dont think ill ever find anything else that'll top what this show made me feel and what it has done for me. thank you.
(im gonna watch all the ovas and movies and specials etc but im not gonna count them here. and ill stretch them out so i dont just go on a binge and end up being sad over gintama again

i was already well on my way through a rewatch when the announcement happened and it’s just spurred me on
that’s so valid though, covid times is usually my catalyst for binge watching anime and like i’d be doing that right now (as my brother just caught covid so i’ve been hardcore hermit-ting lmao) if the new legend of zelda game hadn’t just dropped

i get that, i think i go through inactive periods on here too and where i just can’t got near anime, it’s like a weird form of burnout that i think comes with how there’s just so goddamn much seasonally. i wouldn’t have ever imagined this even just a decade ago. honestly? i end up rewatching stuff more often than not now.

i think there were periods here and there where i just wasn’t active on MAL, but as it turns out… just using the app means i miss notifications and also straight up lose threads of conversation
the artwork from my profile and that i’ve used as icons and the like are works from an artist i like, they’re of one of my all time favourite games: journey

but omg last time we were chatting you were making your way through gintama and now i can see we both have the exact same season in our favourites. that’s pretty iconic.
i’m back at it again with the gintama brainrot, rewatching the entire thing once again.
did you see the ginpachi sensei spin-off announcement? i was filled with so much dread because it was too close to april fools day for me to rule it out as a prank but it’s real!!
