I don't know if I told you before, but I finished D.Gray-man a couple months back, and I also watched Rurouni Kenshin! At least up until the end of the Shishio arc, cause I didn't feel like watching the fillers. It was a very worthwhile watch.

I wish I can say the same for the Hunter x manga, at this rate it'll never be finished.

Oh okay, I see. I've seen some other series that end like that. "End of season, but not end of story" kind of deal. I just saw the part where Allen loses his innocence after attempting to save Suman. That Noah clan is definitely powerful, I can't wait to see more.

Yeah, I heard the ending is disappointing. I'll probably end up reading the manga as well.

Hey, I'm about half way through D. Grayman, and I gotta say, it's looking pretty solid right now. Definitely piqued my interest.

The first three episodes have definitely hooked me. I felt like watching a longer shounen, and D Gray-man seems like the one I craved to watch. The concept seems very interesting and think I'll enjoy it the full way through. I'm watching it subbed and I'll probably stick to it, especially if I have to switch halfway through dubbed anyway. I'll definitely keep you updated on my thoughts!

Yeah, I'm sure I'll do a full rewatch of Code Geass soon enough. I might give the subbed version a try, since I watched it dubbed the first time around.

Haha, as far as One Piece goes, it'll be going for another 10 years (says the author), so the episodes will keep on coming for who knows how long. The art style for the first few years are absolutely atrocious, my eyes hurt after a few episodes. Again, the plot is not well established in the first few seasons, so you don't really know what the hell the ultimate goal is.

In all honestly, I think it's more worth it to watch some excellent short series rather than starting One Piece, especially if you're unsure about your own dedication. Don't get me wrong, One Piece is one my my favourites, but it's awfully hard to get past those first two/threes seasons. I kinda have sense of your anime taste, and I'm kind of unsure if you'll enjoy it in the later seasons.

It's really too bad that there aren't many series like Death Note or Code Geass out there, cause I could watch that type of anime all day!

I noticed you recently watched Code Geass! I was actually thinking of doing a CG rewatch soon. It's been about a year and a half since I watched it. I also noticed you watched one episode of one piece! If you haven't heard before, the first few years of one piece are somewhat hard to watch since the quality is low and everything just isn't as exciting. It seems very childish at first but once you progress further, I'm sure you'll see more than that. Comin up on 700 episodes is a lot of dedication to one series. Oh yeah, and make sure you skip fillers if you plan to watch it all. :)

Was not expecting Gilgamesh to beat Berserker so easily. I have no idea how they're gonna defeat Caster now. She's got too much. Although I believe Saber will be able to resist the Rule Breaker and Archer will turn against her once Rin gets involved. There's also Lancer I guess.

Apparently, in the novels, the deaths are much more graphic. I read that Ilyasveil gets her heart ripped out my Gilgamesh. I suppose that's a bit too much for the anime haha

Yeah, shit got real in the first episode, it pumped me up to see the rest. How similar is the original FSN to the new one? I'm assuming you already know what's gonna happen.

Yeah, it's definitely not something I'd recommend watching when you're tired and want to fall asleep. It requires attention to catch all the dialogue and the overall tone of the series can put you to sleep.

Oh yeah, Fate/stay UBW second season started today, and I'm really excited. The events in the first episode were so unpredictable, my goodness. I love this series.
