Higrurashi is a bad adaption, dont mention it.
but if you want to debate about the source materiel then i'm always welcome, it has better narrative and exposition of characterization, sub theme, atmosphere, mystery, character development, character and story's depth.
Mystery ruin one aspect that has potential to be good show.
also the villain was unpredictable at some points in the show you are rating it as if it's some game to sum up you are saying everything sucks
Not sure what you mean by this, if it is important, please rephrase it more me, Thanks.
Ok i misread your post about that sorry, but you wrote as 8-9 not 7. Now please tell me what good does it have(except cinematography) that make you give it 8(very good)?
I'm not asking in aggressive way, like said people enjoy thing different in way and style, I'm not forcing my opinion upon you nor forcing you to rate Erased 5, you have your own reason to like the show and i respect that. I'm just asking you to tell me those reason. sorry if i sound rude.
It start out with good premise and good cinematography. which give me the impression that it will get a solid 8 if it did everything perfectly.
Mystery
theme
characterization
development
depth
complexity
and the like
But no they did not. The direction went off the track narrative structure ignores the potential sub theme and such, So point reduce is expected right?
ok 7 now. still good.
BUT WAIT a shallow mystery, shallow whodunnit, shallow howdunnit, shallow whydunnit. an aspect that should've made the show looked good but they ruin it.
6 now. at least it's better than average show.
BUT again,
one dimensional backstory,
One dimensional villain
lack of characterization
lack of character development
lack of depth
shallow use of symbolism
Thats all i can think for now.
Y'know with all that list above, reduce it just to 5 is generous of me because I love the cinematography in Erased.
Oh i forgot to mention the utterly trainweck on the last 2-3 episodes.
Normally i dont ask this because i believe people enjoy thing in different way and different style. But what does it have for you to called it masterpiece(10)?
I don't go on trains i get motion sickness <3 or if you were applying it not to me but something else then I don't understand what you are trying to say.
Himouto is a comedy and the way she acts makes it funny but anyway people have different taste in anime you shouldn't hate on it so much just for your own taste and not mentioning anything actually remotely bad about it :P, all I got from it was that you hate that type of comedy anime. No point in writing a review if you don't mention anything :P
And besides I eat food, watch anime and play video games all day and I'm not fat XD not anime logic just high metabolism :)

I think you're confused of what character development is about, it isnt about the result but progress.
I debated about it here.
