I am what you might call an "oldtaku" hehe.. I started my interest in animé at a higher age than many other people. That is mostly because I got the interest for anime when my own children were small. Series like "Tranformers" and "He-Man" was something my children and I watched before they went to school.
My interest in anime has also led to an interest in Japanese culture, food and other aspects of daily life. I find that very interesting. I would love to go and visit Japan.
I will also write more reviews, when the time allows so.
Nowadays, I mostly enjoy longer anime; i.e movies. I have seen most of studio Ghiblis work (who hasn´t?..) and now I watch some other movies from time to time.
I also enjoy watching drama, slice-of-life, yuri, and romance anime. I keep adding the shows I have watched, so keep an eye on my list! Please feel free to send friend requests.

That's great! It took me a year to watch all the episodes of Monster but I loved it. It's a wild ride and everything is linked.
As for Ossie, I'm a Wessie but my mom (before my birth) fled East Germany, so I had a lot of relatives there and know both sides. Yet, I was born and raised in the West, just visited the East a lot during the Cold War.
