You saying Togainu's art was good made me chuckle. In a few (and I stress the word 'few' here) close ups, sure. But the rest was horrendous, with easily some of the worst art to grace anime in recent times. The characters were off model about 90% of the time, and A-1 Pictures didn't even have the grace to draw Akira properly despite him being the protagonist and seldom changing his face.
If a studio is making an attempt to animate an action series, they should have the funds and time to do it well. I find it bizarre how anyone can think Togainu's art is good.
