I think regardless that the glass is always half full, as we need to be able to see all the good that can come from a bad situation. However, I also feel we must always prepare for the worst, or we will be let down
Animals are not waring simple because they kill one anothe. Humans do the same thing when we kill any animal for food. We are just a higher level of animal, a different species. Yet we don't call eating a beef steak war.
Also, I beleive that humand are far more evil than good. I agree that some do good deeds and that proves we cannot be all evil. But if you cornered that person enough, I could almost guarantee that their first insticnt would be to put themselves above anyone else. That is simply animalistic instinct and how animals work, and like I said humans are animals.
Well in the ability to comprehend things and develop technology yes, but there are no wars between animals, they rely solely on instinct and are often more affectionate them humans. So while we are on this subject, what is your veiw on human nature? Are we good or bad?
I suppose, but i think that it is natural to complain. Even animals complain when they are unhappy. Dogs whine, cats hiss, and so on. It is just a natural way to vent anger and frustration, even if it is ones own doing as is often the case.
P.S. Yay for moral discussions!
Well, I would not go as far to say "we have nothing to complain about, ever"
Because although we do indeed have many talents, there are many other contributing factors to complain about, whether it be our quality of life or random chance. We should not complain about our talents, but there are other things we can complain about.
