And Beat turned out to be my favourite character XD I was so happy for him when I saw the ending :') So far I've only collected 2 secret reports (from Shiki days 1 and 2). I've got a looonnngg way to go.
About manga reading: Your not the only one, I've been going out and playing video games most of my days, so I haven't really made a dent into my reading pile. I've signed up for a bunch of series with HGM this month, but I don't think I'll be able to keep up at the rate I'm going XD
Right bow I wanna tell you that at the HGM club the discussion about ID is open! Since you showed interest I thought you will want to check it out later.
You can find the Thread for ID here.:))
So hopefully we will have one more manga which will increase our compatibility rate!;)
I'm done for the year, my last exam was on the 29th of April, so now I'm just relaxing. But I can sympathize with the homework, I used to procrastinate a lot as well. XD
I've made it to Beat day 6 so I'm almost done (then I'm going to be trying for completion as well XD)
I'm really jealous, France gets both Clamp and Ai Yazawa. I haven't read enough of Nana to form an opinion, but I did enjoy the 3 volumes of Parakiss that I've read and I recently read another of her works Kagen no Tsuki and I loved it. Be warned though, it is VERY different from her usual stuff. It's a fantasy/sci-fi story and most of the main characters are elementary school children. Still it was well written and it kept me hooked and the story was well thought out. I often wasn't sure how she was going to make sense of the story, but everything fit in the end. I recommend you try it out if you like sci-fi and fantasy mysteries :)
But I guess it's because we watched mainly different anime and we liked it differently. While I guess the manhas that we read are similar and also we have similar tastes in them.
It take me some time to realize that this compability stuff measures our opinions on the manga/anime. It counts the scores we give for each manga/anime and if the difference is big then the compatibility will be low. :P
Since I don't watch too much anime and I tend to give fewer points for them I guess that's one of the reasons.:)
I know what you mean about sucking at video games. I'm really good with RPGs, adventure games and some puzzle games, but I still suck at platforming. (maybe it's the childhood trauma from Super Mario Bros. 3, that was one hard game!) I got stuck in the sixth dungeon of Zelda: the Oracle of Ages for GBC a long time ago (I was about 14 and I still sort of sucked at video games then) and I've never touched that game since or another Zelda game. I finally decided to try Zelda again and the DS one is a good starting point, it's a lot easier than I remember (and I lot of Zelda fans are also calling it easy). So that game has eased me into Zelda once more and now I want to download the two N64 Zeldas on Virtual Console (as well as Pokemon Snap, I used to play that game like it was crack XD ) I also want to pick up New Super Mario Bros. for the DS, hopefully I can overcome my platforming handicap with it XD (and I want to get Henry Hatsworth because it sounds like an awesome game, especially with it combing puzzling and platforming XD ) Ah, and there is also Castlevania, I want to try that series out as well (toooo many gamessss) Sorry about the really long rant, when I start up about video games, I can't shut up XD
Although retrospectively he was only nice to us because he need more soldier to invade Russia (which ended horribly T___T)
Glad to hear more twists are coming in TWEWY's story. Pig noise are weird because they require different methods. Sometimes the Pig noise will tell you which pin works against it (a little speech bubble above its head will show you a pin), sometimes you only have a time limit, sometimes there is a particular order in which you need to defeat them (these pigs have numbers). The one I really got stumped on was the sleeping pig; it turns out you need to shut your DS and put it into sleep mode for a hour or so (makes sense now sleeping pig = sleep mode! XD )
I can't believe Joshua did that! I never expected such an ending to his week :O
In the battle with Minamimoto, he kept saying "your zetta slow" ahaha. it put a smile on my face ^____^
Yeah Nice really was beutiful, and I also liked Cannes too!^^ I just can't get bored of the sea there! soo beutiful, I'm just soo envious that you have sea! And at Nice the sea was a beutiful blue..aaawww...good memories!:) However it was extreamly cold when we were there so I didn't have the chance to swim in the water!T__T
Yeah I know that anime/manga is really on in France since i saw lots of stores when I was there! Also my host told me that there are lots who like it!:)
I agree that the biggest experience if you're learning a language is to visit the place where they actually use it daily!:) Also if you play the turist they will have more patience with you and they will explain lots of thing that you might wanna know!:)
I saw that it said "this pin can evolve" or something like that in the pin's info box and by chance I had it happen to me, so I realized there was pin evolution. Then when I noticed some of my pins were not evolving, I checked TWEWYwiki and they had a nice graph about which pins evolve by which methods. Pig noise ARE annoying. I always try to erase them because they drop some really nice pins, but right now I'm stuck on one that is sleeping and whenever I attack it, it runs away without letting me get another shot at it. :( (I'm going to try and see if a walkthrough can tell me which pin to use on it, because I have no idea now :/)
I had the chance to visit Nice in high school as an exchange student.I was lucky cause I ws a guest at a manga/anime fan girl's home.:D That time compaed to her I was just a novice in anime/manga, but she let me read her mangas in french. That was the time when I read Ayashi ni Ceres!:) Also I got most of my mangas from her.^^
I studied french in high school but my teacher really hated me. She said that I'm just a stupid student and that I never will be able to learn french properly...so I went and tried myself out at a french language exam. I passed, but since then I didn't really speak or write in french.^^" Well I didn't really have the opportunity either.:P
Well that's why I rather speak in english than french. (Hmmm also because I learned english for 8 years while I learned french for just 3..:P)
How about you? When/why did you start learning english? Is there any other language that you speak( besides french and english:D)?
(Thanks for using spoiler tag)
