To read is the greatest adventure in my life. To say the least, I am an avid Literature Girl who'd rather read thousands of books that sit on a lecture.
In my lifetimes, I've watched almost a hundred animes where Dragon Ball, Lupin III, Detective Conan, Flame of Reka, Gundam Seed, Sailor Moon, Rouroni Kenshin, Slam Dunk where popular in the 90's and the only source was the tv.
Now, by the time world wide web was introduce, I could no longer recount how many mangas I've read and animes I've watched.
The thing I like about mangas is that it's a better version of a book, you get to see how the character really is in terms of image and how he wanted the scene to happen, I like how you can visualize as well as imagine the characters, that's why'd I'd prefer mangas over books anytime
Because of Anime, Japans cultures is also close to my heart, I am now very well verse in japanese culture and know a few japanese phrases.
TO ME, Anime is a daily dose of medicine, Not a single day has gone by that I haven't read a manga... so if sites like mangapark, mangafox, mangavolume disappears.. I'd die, literally! like the time onemanga close down, I cried for real!
