Omg I was literally planning to watch Monster cause the whole "moral dilemmas" theme is right up my alley. They all look really interesting which should keep me going for a while, thanks!
If you're looking for a romance, Ouran High School Host Club and Skip Beat are hilarious and pretty high-quality art despite being so old school, and the female leads are quite decent. Kimi ni Todoke and Kamisama Hajimemashita are particularly charming and heart-fluttering but in a natural way. Your Lie in April and Akagami no Shirayuki-hime are a bit more on the slow-paced and coming-of-age side.
In terms of Ghibli Studio, cause I saw that you like a few, Kiki's Delivery Service and From Up on Poppy Hill are a great watch. Personally, The Secret World of Arrietty is my second most favourite Ghibli just after Spirited Away for its poignant narrative and simplicity.
