In response to the "comment on the list above you" thread.

I'll concede that my score for Angel Beats may be a bit unjustified, but I hated absolutely everything about it. It's funny that you compare it to Natsuiro no Sunadokei, because I would argue that the latter had more of a story than the former. Or at least more of a coherent story. The characters in Angel Beats were so trite and bland, it made me want to go watch an Asian drama, bad acting and all. And the ending was just so pitifully pathetic...

Production values were very high, but that just made me hate it even more. It's like Key knew they could get sales by passing off a completely worthless pile of junk but hiding it under a guise of flashy visuals and a brand name. Bullshit.

Well I watched the dub of Zero no Tsukaima, so kinda hard for me to compare. But I liked the voice actors for the dub of it.

Anyways kinda hard for me to say much about it on the first ep since not much has really happened yet. I tend to sit through an anime even if I don't really like it that much, most recent one I dropped was excel saga which was fricken horrible.
