Haha it's great to hear that you enjoyed Holyland :D. Yeah that's true, the story does start off a bit slow but once the wheel starts rolling it doesn't stop :P. Bruce Lee's quote “I am not afraid of a person who knows 10000 kicks. But I am afraid of a person who knows one kick but practices it for 10000 times” fits Yuu so well lul. Glad that you didn't dropped the manga but kept going XD.
It's a nice change of pace reading a manga that's action based but the laws of physics still apply ;P not like Baki or Kengan (not that these aren't fun, they're awesome ;D) but they aren't superhumans etc.
I checked your manga list so I'll go ahead and drop some of my favourite historical action based ones like
https://myanimelist.net/manga/3868/Shigurui - lots of action, gore def recommend ! (Feudal Japan era)
https://myanimelist.net/manga/17233/Kentou_Ankokuden_Cestvs - not as much gore but the action was (Roman era)
https://myanimelist.net/manga/85968/Golden_Kamuy - this is the longest one and is more shounen but has a great cast of characters, fun plot, mystery and comedy so not like the previous two but a historical nonetheless (Russo-Japanese War era).
Haha yeah that's one thing that sucks with the on going manga, it's so much fun reading them but once you caught up with the latest chapter, the weekly releases are painful. Lmao Ohma coming out of nowhere was INDEED a shock.. we can all relate to Kazuo 😭.
Okay last but not least, I finished JJK S2! Yeah seeing the flashback of Gojo & Getou helped us understand more of their relationship. The fights.. Toji vs Gojo, Toji vs Getou, Toji vs Gojo again 💀. Damn Gojo crushing Hanami on the wall was brutal 🥶. Nanami's fight with that blonde dude too..
When Itadori fought Chose you really thought that he had him but nope, Choso beat the shit out of him lol, really liked his blood manipulation. Gotta admit I enjoyed S1 Itadori & Todo vs Hanami rather S2 Itadori & Todo vs Mahito but that was still pretty good. The best fights imo were Sukuna vs Jogo and Sukuna vs Mahoraga, whenever Sukuna appears on screen you know it's going to be crazy 🔥🔥.

Alright this has to be the biggest message yet . Sorry not sorry, till next time ✌😅
Oh yeah.. Sung-Rak Jang was his name he was the illustrator of the series and just at the age of 37 =(. True, SL was a lot of fun and very title accurate, Jin really did solo everything lol. Anime hype let's gooo!!
No worries! So it was a masterpiece throughout its run huh? Man that's exciting to hear :P Every since s1 ended I kept thinking about it on and off. Only thing I know is about the 'Shibuya arc' and how its the best arc of the series or so the online rumors say lul.
Aha I see. Yeah Gintama is a constant anime reference, no idea how the series got away with Japan's strict copyright laws haha. They even have irl references 💀https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfPm3iaSIk4 (spoiler free).
Thanks man :D Happy New Year to you too!!🎉🎊
It's awesome, I was caught up with Omega but I'm not the best at keeping up with weekly releases and as I paused it for a couple of weeks.. months.... year 💀I'm currently 73 chapters behind lol.
Yep at first Beru 🐜👑 gave final boss vibes but he was nothing more than a new soldier to Jin-Woo's army ;P there are still way bigger fish left. True that, it's going to be awesome seeing Solo Leveling animated 🤩 that scene with the smiling statue is such an iconic moment of the series 🔥.
Lol I quickly read your JJK paragraph as I didn't want to get too spoiled 🙈. Maaan.. I am so hyped about it, got about 10 episodes left of Gintama s4 and once I'm done with it, I'm going full speed ahead :D gonna binge it so hard 🤩🤩. I see that you're almost done with damn! Gotta catch up soon 😤😂.
Haha the longer the message the more fun! 😄👍
Solo Leveling is easily one of the best manhwa I've read for sure! Lol yeah Jeju island was hype and the Ant King felt like the final boss given how strong he appeared to be but nope, there are bigger fish left :p. Exactly it felt very heavily inspired by the chimera arc from HxH, although the chimera was a lot better 😅(why can't you put any emojis? right mouse click👀).
Oh right I remember seeing the trailer sometime ago but I had forgotten it comes on January 7th, lets gooo!!
Btw how you finding JJK s2? Only it's last episode is left which means it's time to binge watch it, been waiting for a long time for it lul
Oh man Solo Leveling was good! It finished back in early 22'? but a few months ago they released some new chapters as an epilogue so re-visiting the story and characters was awesome, let me know your thoughts about it once you're done. Aight go for Kengan Omega next then, it's awesome. Yep same here focusing on one manga, finish it and then move to the next is the best way.
Dunno if you've heard of https://myanimelist.net/manga/727/Shamo?q=shamo&cat=manga , it starts off pretty damn great but it falls off a bit towards the ending but still it's a fun read with an antihero mc and because its seinen you can expect some dark parts here and there.
