All joking aside, I'm a person who's learning new things and loving every second of it. Anime has been a learning experience for me, just like many other forms of entertainment, as I've come to appreciate the intricacies that make it unique.

I just saw you're on episode 8... it's good I didn't ask about anything specific haha.
So, it's over... what did you think?
They are definitely undenrdeveloped, but they still managed to make them likeable, somehow. I really think it's completely on purpose though, I just hope it won't backfire...
It's just too bad to think it's gonna end soon, when it has a huge potential for character development and story too. Reminds me of Sakamichi no Apollon: It was really good, but it ended too soon. It's just that Sakamichi was different from what I was expecting, and Zankyou isn't; it somehow lives up to my expectations, in a good way!
No problem man, MAL is about the only thing I respond to quickly. I'm horrible with text and e-mails usually, so I'm used to late replies (although your reply was in no ways late)
What'd you think about the latest ZnT?
Hmm interesting, I actually didn't know about Mamoru Oshii until now because he seems to have directed much older shows. But I'm also more interested now that Yoko Kanno's involved :P
Oh wow there's so many versions. From what I see though, there are three main ones: Ghost in the Shell + Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence; Two seasons of Ghost in the Shell; and Ghost in the Shell: Arise. Which one should I start with?
Have fun :)
I'm actually enjoying it a lot, it hasn't let me down until now! It's true the characters are still a bit under-developed, but I think this was their intention all along. What about you? Any complaints?
Regarding the ending of the series, I've read several versions that make it hard to know for sure what really happened. From Anno having a breakdown, to budget issue,s to the TV episodes being what's happening inside Shinji's head during E of E. I've read some very convincing arguments for the TV series ending being an acceptance of instrumentality whilst E of E portrays Shinji rejecting it. I'm really curious about how Anno will end it in the Rebuild.
Thanks man I appreciate the encouraging words. Don't be afraid to call me out ever if our opinions differ though.
