Anime in my list are those I have downloaded and watched, so any childhood anime are not included unless I re-watched them through a media player.

Many people rate anime differently, so here's what I go by:

1 - Anime I have watched won't be rated 1 unless they made me sick.
2/3/4 - Anime that have a 2-rating should not be watched by anyone, 3 and 4 are no different. mawfeen is a faggot.
5 - Sub-par anime, I would never recommend anyone watch these.
6 - Okay anime, some will like them, some won't.
7 - Good anime, most people can watch these without getting bored, typical mainstream.
8 - Very amusing anime, anyone can watch these and enjoy them.
9 - Excellent anime, rating reserved for the best of the best.
10 - A 10-rating won't be given unless the anime was an absolute masterpiece.

Any decent anime is rated 7-9, anything under 7 can be skipped without regrets.

For anime movies I generally give a lower rating (6-7, rather than 7-8) since there's some that really stand out reducing the relative quality of others.
